UNIONDALE, N.Y., May 9, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE:ABR), today announced that it has entered into a $15 million committed revolving line of credit with a one year term, which is secured by a portion of the bonds originally issued by the Company's CDO entities that have been repurchased by Arbor. This facility has a 1% commitment fee, a 1% non-use fee and pays interest at a fixed rate of 8% on any drawn portion of the line.
